Your holiday home combines modern living with sustainable lifestyle: a cosy wooden construction ensures a pleasant indoor climate, while our photovoltaic system and woodchip heating provide eco-friendly energy for the farm. For the little guests, a small paradise awaits: a large playground, the farm experience, a petting zoo, and the location close to woods and meadows invite carefree play, discovery, and childhood adventures far from traffic. Junior farmer Julian, siblings Greta and Paul, as well as Mum Angelika and Grandpa, look forward to your visit.
Our guesthouse accommodates two cosy holiday apartments in Gais: on the first floor, enjoy breathtaking panoramic views from two balconies, while the ground-floor, barrier-free apartment offers direct access to the garden – ideal for a relaxing farm holiday.
The listed prices are starting prices per apartment and per day for two people.
The price does not include the local tourist tax* of €2.50 per person/day (above the age of 14).

Skiing: further up the valley, Skiworld Ahrntal awaits, with the Klausberg and Speikboden ski resorts, as well as the village lifts in Rio Bianco and Riva di Tures, offering a total of 86 km of slopes. Leaving the valley, Plan de Corones impresses with 121 km of slopes and its connection to the famous Sellaronda ski circuit.
Cross-country skiing: Trails extend in all directions – our recommendations: the 15 km circular trail in the idyllic Valle di Riva, the Sonnenloipe trail in Val Casies and for a truly special experience: the untouched high-altitude trail on the Prato Piazza in Braies.
Away from the slopes: snow-covered valleys, alpine pastures and mountains invite you to go on winter hikes, snowshoe and ski tours – our tip: trudge into the Valle di Rio Molino, conquer the Speikboden on skis, enjoy the fresh air on the hiking trail to the Weizgruberalm.
Some like it hot: the Baggalocke, the free swimming lake in Gais, is the perfect spot. With a sunbathing lawn and a pirate ship bar, it’s a summer hotspot for young and old alike. For guaranteed water and wellness fun, the Cron4 sports and relaxation complex in Riscone is a fantastic choice.
Hiking & biking: experiences for all ages and skill levels await: leisurely strolls (Neuhaus & Kehlburg Castle Trail and the Waalweg in Gais) first summit adventures (Tour to the Geige peak in Montassilone near Gais) enjoyable alpine hikes (Knuttenalm in Riva di Tures) exciting cycling tours (PusterBike route to Brunico or Campo Tures, Plan de Corones loop) and much more!.

Nature enthusiasts will be delighted by highlights such as the Riva Waterfalls, the earth pyramids of Perca, the Lake Anterselva, and the famous Tre Cime di Lavaredo.
